Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain various financial reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong and effective communication skills to interact with team members.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experienced
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
