Job Title: Philippines Market Lead (Fresh Graduate Opportunity)About Us

Balatrix is a fast-growing international telecom and software services company with 12+ years in the industry. We are expanding into the Philippines and looking for our very first local team members. This is a unique opportunity to start your career with us and grow into a leadership role as we build our presence in the region.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with our international team to explore opportunities in the Philippines market
  • Engage with local businesses, understand their needs, and help us shape our offerings
  • Be the face of Balatrix for our customers in the Philippines
  • Learn how global companies grow, sell, and scale in the tech/telecom space
  • Assist with business development, market research, and customer engagement activities

(Don't worry if you're new — training and guidance will be provided. We are more interested in your energy and ambition than your past experience.)

What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduate or early-career professional (Business, IT, Marketing, or any related field)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable talking to people and exploring new ideas
  • Based in Metro Manila (or nearby)
