Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head – Philippines at YINSHAN Technology, located in Metro Manila. The Head – Philippines will oversee the execution of business strategies, manage the local operational teams, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities include setting and achieving business goals, leading market expansion efforts, managing financial operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Strategy, Market Expansion, and Financial Operations
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Local Regulations and Compliance
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the Fintech industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of successful market development and operational management
