You'll be the bridge between clients and solutions — developing relationships, uncovering opportunities, and closing deals that drive business growth. By managing the full sales cycle, you'll ensure customers receive tailored solutions while the company achieves sustainable revenue growth.

Your Mission

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor moves to spot opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and provide timely activity reports.
  • Negotiate and close deals that deliver win-win outcomes.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the sales journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, transport, marketing, product development) for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, including 4 daily or 20 weekly client visits.

You'll thrive in this role if you…

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (postgraduate studies a plus).
  • Bring 2–3 years of sales or contract logistics experience.
  • Have logistics or forwarding industry exposure (preferred).
  • Possess a valid driver's license (own vehicle an advantage).
  • Are persuasive, results-driven, and open to frequent travel.
