You'll be the guardian of accurate and timely billing for 2GO Express. By creating invoices, tracking payments, and resolving account discrepancies, you'll help keep cash flowing and customers informed. Your precision and attention to detail will directly support the company's financial health while keeping client relationships smooth.

What you'll do (your mission)

Invoice & Payment Processing

  • Create and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Process credit memos and prepare customer account statements.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and address billing-related customer queries.

Account Management & Reporting

  • Monitor all payments and prepare monthly billing reports.
  • Manage account balances and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Assist the accounting team with financial report preparation.

Record Keeping & Data Management

  • Update accounting records with invoices, payments, balances, and contact information.
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all billing activities.
You'll thrive in this role if you…
  • Hold a bachelor's degree (preferably in a business-related field).
  • Have at least 1 year of billing or similar experience.
  • Have worked in logistics or high-volume processing (a plus).
  • Are highly proficient in MS Excel.
  • Can work well under pressure with strong attention to detail.
