As a
Key Account Manager
, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor for 2GO Logistics' major clients. You'll nurture long-term relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver customized logistics solutions that create value. Through strong collaboration, communication, and operational excellence, you'll ensure customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth and profitability for the business.
What you'll do (your mission)
1. Client Relationship & Strategy Development
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
- Develop long-term logistics strategies that align with each client's business and supply chain goals.
2. Contract & Compliance Management
- Ensure all service agreements are executed in full compliance with contract terms.
- Lead contract renewals, scope changes, and commercial discussions in coordination with relevant teams.
3. Revenue Growth & Profitability
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and solution selling.
- Monitor client P&L, identify margin improvement opportunities, and manage costs related to service delivery.
4. Performance & KPI Management
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with Operations to enhance service delivery.
5. Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure service levels meet or exceed client expectations.
- Serve as the escalation point for client issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.
6. Business Development
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase wallet share within existing accounts.
- Support solution design and proposal development for new or expanded services.
7. Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Oversee the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring operational and system readiness.
- Align implementation timelines and deliverables with internal project teams.
8. Customer Reporting & Insights
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards with data-driven insights on SLAs and KPIs.
- Translate operational data into actionable recommendations for client improvement.
9. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Lead initiatives that enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with Lean or Process Excellence teams to introduce innovative solutions.
10. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Shared Services to deliver seamless client support.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
11. Contract Renewal & Risk Management
- Prepare for contract renewals by evaluating performance and client satisfaction.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation or contingency plans to protect profitability.
12. Market & Industry Awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client developments that may impact performance.

- Ensures 100% compliance with reporting, CRM updates, and contract documentation.

You're the perfect fit if you…
- Hold a
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Logistics, or a related field (postgraduate degree is a plus). - Have
at least 5 years of experience
in Sales or
Contract Logistics (Warehousing, Crossdock, or 3PL)
. - Bring strong
selling, negotiation, and relationship management
skills. - Understand
warehousing, distribution, transportation, and supply chain operations. - Are proficient in
MS Office
and logistics systems (
WMS, TMS, ERP
). - Demonstrate strong
analytical thinking, problem-solving
, and
presentation
abilities. - Communicate effectively in
English and Filipino
(other languages are an advantage).
