As a Business Process Analysis Specialist, you'll play a key role in improving efficiency across 2GO Sea Solutions. You'll assist in drafting and monitoring policies and procedures, preparing reports, and ensuring business processes are standardized and effective. By identifying gaps and recommending improvements, you'll help the company operate smarter and more efficiently.

Your Mission

Process Analysis & Support

  • Assist the BPQM Supervisor in providing management with reports and process support.
  • Standardize, draft, and monitor policies and procedures for consistency.
  • File and maintain accurate documentation for reference and compliance.

Process Effectiveness & Improvement

  • Analyze inter-related business processes to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement that increase productivity and streamline operations.

Audit & Compliance Support

  • Support internal audits, particularly for site and operational activities.
  • Apply ISO standards and best practices in auditing and compliance.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You…
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field).
  • Have 1–3 years of related work experience (sea transport or logistics background is an advantage).
  • Have auditing experience, particularly in operations or site audits.
  • Completed an Internal Auditor's Course (ISO-certified training body).
  • Have an ISO background and/or Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training (a plus).
  • Are a fresh graduate eager to learn (welcome to apply).
