Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short, mid, and long-term sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead sales and marketing teams, driving growth in both hardware and software divisions.
  • Oversee e-commerce operations with a strong focus on Shopify, ensuring seamless user experience and online sales growth.
  • Manage and expand company presence on Amazon and other global e-commerce platforms.
  • Lead trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and support product launches.
  • Drive online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure, report, and optimize digital marketing performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Provide mentorship and foster a high-performance sales and marketing culture.
  • Manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in sales and marketing.
  • Extensive e-commerce background with proven expertise in Shopify and Amazon marketplaces.
  • Strong trade marketing experience with global exposure.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php130,000.00 per month
