Job Responsibilities

  1. Check completeness of import documents received from Customer Service.

If incomplete, coordinate with Customer Service Associate all required documents needed by the Bureau of Customs (BOC) such as but not limited to:

  • Original bill of lading if not yet surrendered in the port of origin.
  • Original or certified true copy of commercial invoice and packing list.
  • Import permit and certificate of importation for PEZA shipments.

  • Other permits/clearances required by other government agencies.

  • Declare based on the based on the type of shipment.

For commercial:

  • Compute Duties and Taxes

For Transshipment:

  • Check the details of the item/s if included in the consignees' List of Importable (LOI)

  • Prepare auto-IP

  • Lodgment of entry thru Value Added Service Provider (VASP)

  • Compliance on QESH requirements (e.g. wearing of PPE, waste segregation, Zero accident/incident & etc.
