JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintains day-to-day operations on E-Commerce platforms that involve updating of inventory, processing orders and payment reconciliation.
  • Conducts analysis on sales, product movement and customer behavior to determine necessary action plans to maintain online sales growth.
  • Focus on after sales service such as coordination with receivables, customer complaints and inquiries
  • Applies excellent written and oral customer service when assisting online inquiries and complaints.
  • Handles administrative preparations and trainings for staff during E-Commerce onboarding and roll-out.
  • Coordinates with various departments to maximize online presence and profitability in terms of promotions, campaigns, product assortment and inventory.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of sales campaigns and formulates recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintains the functioning of brand's corporate site.
  • Monitors and adjust price monthly and campaigns and E-Commerce platforms.
  • Facilitate livestreams in Tiktok and other E-Commerce platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in the related field.
  • Knowledgeable on digital marketing, sales or business administration and E-Commerce with a focus on supply chain analysis
  • Good communication skills - oral and written, applies good math skills
  • Willing to do onsite and be assigned in Bagumbayan, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php28,000.00 per month
