Japan Home Centre is looking for an E-Commerce Team Leader

Job Description:

  • Oversee and prioritize all pack station orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain equipment, organize inventory, and ensure accurate web-store stock and records.
  • Conduct weekly inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce Officer on reports and issue resolution.
  • Manage supply orders, shipping documents, and continuous process improvements.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computerized scanning equipment and PC-based programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop Seller Centers.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
