  • Assist and support corporate pastry chef in running the operations and building the pastry department.
  • Inventory management, production requirements and scheduling Oversee pastry Kitchen and Act as second in command Evaluate team members.
  • Supervise the maintenance of quality and consistency assist in research and development
  • Willing to learn and grow along with the team and company

Job Summary:

  • 3-5 Years previous experience preferred as pastry chef.
  • Strong Pastry foundation knowledge with excellent skills.
  • Ability to prepare universal pastry items and desserts.
  • Ability to work with Fondants especially wedding cakes.
  • Ability to do basic cake design depending on clients Requirements.
  • Know how to prepare mixes and stocks of fondants and gum paste.
  • Strong decision making and problem solving.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation knowledge required
