Job Summary:

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of Plant machinery, equipment, and facilities. This role ensures the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of plant equipment by leading the maintenance team in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related technical course
  • At least 2 years of experience in plant or industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Knowledgeable in motor controls, electrical connections, pumps, conveyors, boilers, and other plant equipment
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and industrial safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the maintenance team in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities
  • Ensure proper execution of maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide effective technical solutions
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and reports for management review
  • Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with purchasing for timely replenishment
