The Plant Maintenance is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and structural equipment within the Batching Plant, Crushing Plant, and Quarry Operation.

The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime, enhance equipment performance, and ensure continuous plant operation. He is also tasked with monitoring spare parts inventory, maintaining maintenance records, and ensuring that all equipment complies with safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural concerns.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
  • Ensure all equipment and activities comply with safety and environmental standards.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance needs to support continuous plant operation

Requirements

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering (Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage)
  • Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, welding, or fabrication.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair heavy equipment and plant machinery.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment standards.
  • Willing to work in a batching plant/crushing plant/quarry environment.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
  • Willing to work flexible hours when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
