Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the overall operations of our broiler farm. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, supervising key personnel (Farm Technical Manager and Maintenance Supervisor), and maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage people, processes, and resources.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture or any related course
  • With at least 5 years of experience in plant, industrial, or large-scale operations management
  • Strong background in administration, logistics, and operational planning
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams
  • Excellent decision-making, communication, and analytical abilities
  • Farm or poultry experience is an advantage but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage overall plant operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards
  • Supervise and provide guidance to key leaders including the Farm Technical Manager and Maintenance Supervisor
  • Oversee manpower planning, logistics, and resource allocation to support smooth farm operations
  • Monitor performance indicators and implement improvements in processes, systems, and manpower productivity
  • Ensure adherence to safety, biosecurity, and environmental standards within the facility
  • Manage administrative functions such as reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with top management to align operational strategies with company goals
