Servicenow Senior Developer

Schedule: Monday - Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

- At least 1 of these certifications (ITSM, SecOps, SLM, SPM, ITOM,Discovery, Service Mapping.) (Required)

- At least 5 years I.T. experience in requirements gathering, solution designing and developing web applications.-  ideally in Retail Industry exposure.

- At least 5 years I.T. experience in requirements gathering, solution designing and developing web applications.-  ideally in Retail Industry exposure.

- Experience in programming with one or more high-level language (Java, C#, JavaScript)

- Experience in developing system integrations- Experience relevant to theto supporting IT systems being supported. 

- Exposure to working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google).

- Experience working cross functionally.

- Skills and knowledge relevant to the IT systems being supported. 

- Good Planning and organisational skills

- IT Project experience

What will you do?

- Defining requirements and creating/contributing to a the ServiceNow blueprint.

- Defining requirements and creating/contributing to a the ServiceNow blueprint.

- Ownership, maintenance and enhancement of technical platform and processes and all related documentation such as but not limited to service and data models.

- Selecting tools to support the configuration management process.

- Constructing, populating, federating, and automating the data into ServiceNow, which includes both the data and process perspectives.

- Moving ServiceNow changes into production.

- Facilitates ServiceNow audits.

- Reviews and approves all changes to the ServiceNow infrastructure where applicable.

- Reviews and approves significant IT infrastructure changes to ensure impacts to ServiceNow data are properly addressed.

- Provides and approves all requirements, use cases, user stories, etc. in support of new or improving functionality of ServiceNow.

- Oversees the design, coding, and testing of reports as needed.

- Reviews and approves all requests for administrator log on credentials / access rights to ServiceNow.

- Work to fulfill ServiceNow Service Requests as assigned.

- Collects and reports metrics as required.

- Identifies service improvement opportunities.- Administers and maintains ServiceNow.

- Mentors developers within the team.
