Senior ServiceNow Developer
and take ownership of building, enhancing, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform.

Application Development

  • Design and build custom apps, modules, and workflows.
  • Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and automated notifications.
  • Create Service Catalog items, request flows, and approval processes.

Integrations & Automation

  • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Automate manual processes and streamline operations.
  • Support ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other core modules.

Platform Enhancements

  • Customize dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
  • Improve the Service Portal with UI/UX upgrades.
  • Support upgrades, patches, and new releases.

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with admins, architects, and BAs to turn requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide high-level platform support.
  • Document designs, workflows, and configurations.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on new features and best practices.
  • Recommend platform improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL and organizational standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years
    of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Advanced skills in
    JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS
    , and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Experience with
    Service Portal
    ,
    Flow Designer
    , and cross-module development.
  • Strong understanding of
    ITIL
    processes.
  • Expertise in
    ITSM
    plus at least one module (ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
