About the role:
We are looking for a skilled
ServiceNow Developer
with
hands-on development experience
in building, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in scripting, workflows, and platform configuration to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Work Setup:
100% Onsite (Quezon City)

Day Shift

Contract:
1 year (minimum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements.
  • Build and maintain scripts, workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and other platform components.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in a timely manner while ensuring platform stability.
  • Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain proper documentation of all configurations and customizations.
  • Participate in upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
    in ServiceNow development.
  • Proven experience in
    end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
    (minimum one full-cycle implementation).
  • Strong expertise in
    JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development tools
    .
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
  • Experience in developing workflows, UI/UX enhancements, and custom applications.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies (REST, SOAP APIs).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Developer or Administrator certification.
  • Experience with advanced modules like ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Exposure to Agile project methodology.
