Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days WFH, 2 days onsite

Location: Makati City

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is critical to driving automation, optimizing IT workflows, and ensuring seamless integration across business functions. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and experience mentoring junior developers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other enterprise modules.
  • Develop and implement complex workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, and integrations to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via APIs, web services, and MID Servers.
  • Maintain platform security, including access controls, data policies, and role management.
  • Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
  • Partner with administrators, architects, and business analysts to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally should have 7-10 years of IT industry experience and 3-5 years of SNow development experience
  • Experienced with Client and server-side JavaScript and AngularJS
  • Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, ServiceNow API architecture, Rest Integrations, and Scripted REST API development.
  • Advanced Work Assignment Module (Setting up channels, queues, assignment rules, handling agent presence and capacity)
  • Service Portal Architecture (Creation of portals, pages, widgets, etc.)
  • Nice-to-have: CAD-Certified or CSA-Certified
