About the role

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
  2. Proficient in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, configuration, and integration
  3. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management
  4. Familiarity with ServiceNow administration, user management, and reporting
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
