The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Collaboration Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position plays a critical role in managing and maintaining collaboration agreements between providers/physicians and our clients. You will work closely with both internal consultants and external partners to ensure agreements are compliant with state-specific regulations and updated as needed.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers/physicians to facilitate execution of collaboration agreements with clients.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of collaboration agreements, from initial drafting and signature collection to tracking start dates and renewals.
  • Ensure timely updates and modifications to agreements in line with changing regulations or client/provider needs.
  • Maintain ongoing compliance with all terms outlined in collaboration agreements.
  • Work directly with the company's legal and compliance consultant to integrate state-specific legal requirements into agreements.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all agreements and compliance documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding collaboration agreement compliance.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives related to contract management and compliance tracking.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in healthcare administration, compliance, legal coordination, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior collaboration agreement maintenance a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Proficient in document management tools and digital signature platforms.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with state-specific healthcare compliance regulations is a plus.
Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST
