Arrangement: Full Onsite

Salary: 70,000-80,000 depending on qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any relevant field
  • At least 5 years' experience in n Sales and Marketing with minimum 2 years' experience in Marketing, Campaign Management, Project Management, or Loyalty Marketing
  • With strong communication, presentation, project management, and analytical skills
  • Data savvy, strategic thinker and team player with a can-do attitude who can work in a fast-paced, agile work environment

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the overall strategy and implementation of efforts and campaigns for member engagement through effective omnibus communication through direct-to-member comms and social media platforms
  • Monitor the activity rate of members and ensure that each member is tagged to a persona by executing communication and campaigns that will encourage usage
  • Work with IT and Data teams to ensure that the persona modeling is updated and actionable to ensure continuous communication of relevant offers to members
  • Periodically review and recommend best practice Program communication across all available channels

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
