INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – LEGAL DEPARTMENT

Location: Two E-Com Center, Pasay City

Job Description:

Join the Legal Department of LBC Express, Inc. and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment. As a Legal Intern, you will provide essential support to the team and contribute to daily operations through the following tasks:

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Legal Department.
  • Help organize documents, manage calendars, and support day-to-day operations.

Document Management

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing legal documents, contracts, and records.
  • Ensure files are properly archived, updated, and easily accessible for legal professionals.

Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions.
  • Prepare rooms, distribute documents, and take meeting minutes when required.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed meeting records.

Clerical and Other Assigned Tasks

  • Support the department with clerical work and other duties assigned by the supervising officer.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and eligible for internship credit.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Willing to work onsite at Two E-Com Center, Pasay City.
