Role: Program Manager – Operations & Strategy

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and drive strategic initiatives across the business, ensuring seamless coordination, operational efficiency, and successful delivery of key programs. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in the iGaming or entertainment industry, capable of managing cross-functional teams, improving processes, and executing high-impact projects aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to support business growth, operational excellence, and customer engagement across multiple markets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Product, Marketing, Operations, CRM, BI, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of business initiatives, campaigns, and product enhancements.
  • Analyze performance metrics, market data, and user behavior to provide actionable insights and guide decision-making.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and collaboration.
  • Partner with leadership to define program KPIs, track progress, and produce regular reports with recommendations for optimization and growth.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment between business, technical, and operational teams.
  • Ensure all projects and initiatives adhere to compliance and regulatory standards within the industry.
  • Support change management initiatives, promoting continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or strategic delivery within the iGaming, entertainment, or tech industry.
  • Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional programs and driving measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into strategic action.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification is a plus).
  • Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Advanced Excel and presentation skills, with a strong understanding of business performance metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php150, Php200,000.00 per month
