General Responsibilities The Section Manager is responsible for driving initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, employee capability, and leadership effectiveness. This role focuses on developing and implementing programs related to talent management, culture and change management, training and development, technical and behavioral capability building, and compliance with training requirements. Leads a team in ensuring that learning and development strategies align with business goals and regulatory standards. Specific Develop and implement talent management and OD strategies that promote a strong, adaptive, and values‑driven culture. Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and employee engagement. Design and implement leadership and succession development programs that strengthen the talent pipeline. Partner with department heads to identify organizational and individual development needs. Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of company‑wide training programs that address both technical and soft skill requirements. Ensure all learning interventions are aligned with business needs, industry standards, and employee growth objectives. Develop frameworks for technical capability building in partnership with subject matter experts and training providers. Implement personality development and behavioral training programs to enhance interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork skills. Ensure full compliance with internal and external training requirements, particularly for regulatory and technical training. Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and documentation as required by the company and regulatory bodies. Lead and coach the L&OD team to deliver high‑quality programs and services. Set team goals, monitor performance, and ensure effective coordination with other HR and operational units. Manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships for training and development initiatives. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or related field. At least 7 years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong background in organizational development, change management, and culture‑building initiatives. Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs (technical and behavioral).
