Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Experience Supervisor, you'll:

  • Lead a team of 12–20 mortgage analysts handling U.S. client accounts
  • Monitor team KPIs, service levels, and overall performance
  • Coach, mentor, and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Drive improvements through process collaboration with internal teams
  • Foster a high-energy, engaging team culture rooted in accountability and recognition

What You'll Bring
  • 2–3 years in customer service or BPO/contact center operations
  • 1–2 years in a leadership role (Supervisor, Team Lead, etc.)
  • Experience in banking, lending, or mortgage servicing is a big plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
  • Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City (JDN IT Square or 1Nito Tower)
