Your Role: What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Experience Supervisor, you'll:
- Lead a team of 12–20 mortgage analysts handling U.S. client accounts
- Monitor team KPIs, service levels, and overall performance
- Coach, mentor, and conduct regular performance reviews
- Drive improvements through process collaboration with internal teams
- Foster a high-energy, engaging team culture rooted in accountability and recognition
What You'll Bring
- 2–3 years in customer service or BPO/contact center operations
- 1–2 years in a leadership role (Supervisor, Team Lead, etc.)
- Experience in banking, lending, or mortgage servicing is a big plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City (JDN IT Square or 1Nito Tower)
