About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Officer to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City office. As the IT Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and IT services to our employees, ensuring the efficient operation of our technology infrastructure. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  2. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals
  3. Monitoring and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
  4. Coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems
  5. Documenting IT processes and procedures, and providing training and support to employees
  6. Researching and recommending new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
  7. Collaborating with the IT management team to develop and implement IT strategies and policies

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  2. At least 3 years of experience in an IT support or Help Desk role
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common office productivity software
  6. Knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and security best practices
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
