Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join Project Odyssey (Expense). The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing support for expense and credit card-related transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely issue resolution while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats regarding customer inquiries related to expenses and credit card transactions.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance on account balances, billing, payments, and dispute resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills when dealing with customer concerns.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure all issues are tracked and resolved within service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary, ensuring proper follow-through.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience handling credit card accounts
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to shifting schedules.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
