Work Arrangement: Onsite/ Full Time
Location: Quezon City
Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join Project Odyssey (Expense). The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing support for expense and credit card-related transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely issue resolution while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats regarding customer inquiries related to expenses and credit card transactions.
- Provide accurate information and assistance on account balances, billing, payments, and dispute resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills when dealing with customer concerns.
- Document customer interactions and ensure all issues are tracked and resolved within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary, ensuring proper follow-through.
- Education: Completed at least 2 years in college.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience handling credit card accounts
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to shifting schedules.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
