Accounting and Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Support compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and regulatory filings.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
  • Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial data.

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is 
    required
    .
  • Must hold current CPA registration status.
  • Minimum of 
    3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
    .
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in accounting systems (experience with NetSuite is an advantage).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work beyond office hours to finish deliverables
  • Amenable to work 4 days a week onsite in Quezon City
