Logistic Assistant

  • Process all sales return requests through ERP, then forward the items to the warehouse.
  • Record delivery receipts from the warehouse and checkers into the LMIS check sheet.
  • Monitor branch or department delivery requests via LMIS Portal, WIZ Ticketing, and other platforms; update ticket status and remarks.
  • Record and forward received documents from requestors.
  • Request and track office supplies used for packaging items.
  • Send daily delivery schedules to Info-Corpo, Claritrade, and all branches.
  • Send trucking waybills to requestors, branches, and sales.
  • Distribute processed return documents to all departments and branches.

Qualification

  • 1-year related work experience
  • Graduate of any IT or Business Administration related course
  • Basic Knowledge in MSWord, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and MS Outlook
  • Willingness to learn, Pro-active and Focused, and has Positive attitude towards work
