Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement (preferably in F&B).
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Philippine procurement regulations and local supplier networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the procurement of goods and services, ensuring quality, cost, and timely delivery.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms and pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and align with budgets.
  • Review purchase requisitions and ensure adherence to company procurement policies.
  • Oversee preparation and issuance of purchase orders and contracts.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on market trends and pricing dynamics relevant to procurement categories.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, importation rules (if applicable), and internal policies.
  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation in the procurement process.
