We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in food manufacturing to take full accountability for our end-to-end supply chain strategy, execution, and cost optimization. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, efficient, and cost-effective procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution while maintaining strict compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the supply chain function covering procurement, demand & supply planning, factory supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and importation.
  • Enable results by working closely with a team of planners, supervisors, and coordinators to deliver accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness across the supply chain.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Manufacturing) to support business growth.
  • Define and implement key KPIs, process improvements, and compliance systems to meet regulatory and food safety standards.
  • Drive cost-effectiveness, service reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in supply chain strategy, execution, and cost optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, logistics, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
