We are looking for a Thai-speaking Customer Service Representative (SPE Level) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to Thai-speaking clients through various communication channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced BPO environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in Thai and English through phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and within established turnaround times.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues or escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
  • Meet performance metrics related to quality, accuracy, and productivity.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of college education completed.
  • Minimum 1 year of BPO experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Willing to work onsite (Taguig or Vertis North, Quezon City).
  • Open to a shifting schedule.
  • Must be able to start by November 25, 2025.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
