About the role

Become a Branch Service Associate with City Savings Bank and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Based in our Cogeo Area branch in Antipolo City Rizal, this full-time position will see you responsible for providing a wide range of retail banking services to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Welcoming and assisting customers with their banking needs
  2. Processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
  3. Answering customer inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  5. Cross-selling bank products and services to meet customer requirements
  6. Adhering to all bank policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
  7. Supporting branch operations and contributing to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail banking role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and banking software
  5. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking processes and technologies
