Location to be assigned: J.C. Wagan Ave., Poblacion, San Antonio, Quezon

Get to Know the Role

Provides Account Services

As a bank teller, it is your responsibility to ensure that the bank's cash position is well equipped to service regular withdrawals. With the regular movement of funds, it is crucial that the cashier provides insight and control over the cash supply of the branch. You will be authorized to monitor teller and vault balances, to maintain secure access to those funds.

Handles Cash

It is essential that bank teller be knowledgeable with and skilled at implementing bank security policies, as you will function as custodians of sensitive and important documents and assets. Only the cashier and manager are authorized to have access to the vault.

Cross-sells Products and Services

To support branch operations, the teller should be proficient in dealing with customers. It is crucial that you can handle complaints and requests from customers and assist them in resolving issues. By addressing customer needs, this will improve the reputation of the bank as well as customer perception of the bank's services.

Day-to-day Activities

  • Supervises and reviews cash transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Meet with customers and resolve problems/complaints

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,665.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Clerical, bookkeeping, and administrative cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
