The Mandarin Office Manager will be a strategist and a leader able to steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long term goals. Very strong crisis management skills will also be essential since the managing director is the one expected to "save" the company in times of need. The goal is to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines.

Qualifications/Requirements

-Bi-lingual is a requisite. Can write and speak fluently in Cantonese, Taiwanese and Mandarin language.

-Incumbent is required to have 1 year progressive customer service or direct marketing experience.

-Must work well under pressure, be able to juggle many projects simultaneously, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-Must also have an excellent sense of priorities. Must be bilingual with data base management experience.

-Willing to work in Makati City from 9:00 AM to 6:00PM, Monday to Friday.
