Job Summary:

Designs, develops, and maintains the organization's business intelligence and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Sources appropriate data to generate reports to support business decision-making and business performance monitoring.
  • Creates visually appealing and insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Participates in application validation and QA efforts as they pertain to reporting, data, metrics, and report creation and execution
  • Maintains data analytics platforms.
  • Evaluates and improves existing BI systems.
  • Conducts troubleshooting on BI models.
  • Responds to data and reporting questions & issues including root cause analysis providing timely resolutions.
  • Analyzes product, market, and share trends around Business Reporting (AI, Notifications, Alerts, self-service)

Skills Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business management. Working knowledge of BI technologies specifically PowerBI
  • Experience in data warehouse design.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Good communication skills.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or computer related discipline preferred.
