Under the direction of the General Manager & COO, the Marketing and F&B Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating marketing opportunities and strategies and oversees the Marketing operations of the Club including but not limited to Marketing Research, Events Management, Sales Management, F&B, Customer Service and Satisfaction, Brand Management, and Digital Marketing.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS


• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related course


• With at least five (3) to five (5) years of relief vast experience in Sales, Marketing, F&B, Banquet Management, Events Management, Creative Marketing, Brand Communication, or Business Development.


• Excellent presentation skills and above-average customer service skills


• Must possess strong marketing and/or public relation skills


• Has strong leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills


• With strong attention to detail combined with an ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously


• Must understand and use effective market research tools and techniques, knowledgeable in digital marketing


• Masters in Business Administration is an advantage
