About the role

We are seeking a driven and talented Sales Associate/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC'. This is a full-time position based in Dasmarinas City Cavite. As a Sales Associate/Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organisation by generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and identifying potential clients within your assigned territory
  2. Scheduling and conducting client meetings to understand their needs and present our service offerings
  3. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to secure new business
  4. Negotiating contract terms and closing sales to meet or exceed targets
  5. Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
  7. Collaborating with the wider team to share best practices and support the overall sales strategy

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the sales industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build rapport with clients
  3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the confidence to handle objections and secure new business
  4. Proactive and self-motivated, with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  5. Strong organisational and time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks and clients
  6. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and share knowledge and best practices
  7. Familiarity with sales CRM tools and software
