Job Title: Civil Construction Project Coordinator - Telecom

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Construction Project Coordinator to join our telecom construction team. The successful candidate will coordinate all civil construction activities related to telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring timely, safe, and compliant delivery. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of civil construction practices within the telecom industry.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily civil construction activities for telecom projects from start to finish.
  • Manage the scheduling, deployment, and supervision of civil workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment to meet project deadlines.
  • Serve as a primary point of communication among civil workers, engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress, report delays or issues promptly, and facilitate resolutions to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including permits, contracts, safety reports, and compliance records.
  • Ensure all civil construction activities comply with telecom industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
  • Assist in procurement and logistics of construction materials and equipment.
  • Facilitate quality control inspections and assist in corrective actions to meet project specifications.
  • Promote and enforce a culture of safety among all civil workers on site.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • Support budget tracking, cost control efforts, and resource management for efficient project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience as a Project Coordinator in the telecom construction industry or any building construction field.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to plan, delegate, and track progress effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
