The Admissions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the admissions team, ensuring efficient, accurate, and customer-focused processing of applications and/or admissions-related services. This role supports the strategic goals of the department by supervising staff, improving workflow processes, and maintaining compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

● Supervise daily operations of the admissions team, including training, scheduling, and

performance monitoring.

● Ensure timely and accurate processing of student or patient applications, admissions

documentation, and data entry.

● Provide leadership and support to staff to ensure high levels of customer service.

● Monitor and evaluate admission trends and key performance indicators (KPIs), recommending

process improvements.

● Resolve escalated inquiries or complaints from applicants, families, or partnering departments.

● Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Registrar, Academic. Finance, Guidance and

Office of Student Affairs) to ensure a seamless admissions experience.

● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of institutional admissions policies, eligibility requirements, and

regulatory compliance.

● Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs.

● Prepare regular reports for senior leadership and participate in departmental planning initiatives.

Qualifications

● Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (required).

● Experience:

○ 2+ years of experience in admissions or a related field.

○ 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

● Skills:

○ Strong leadership and organizational skills

○ Excellent verbal and written communication

○ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and admissions or CRM systems.

○ Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices

Working Conditions

● Office environment; may require occasional evening or weekend hours.

● Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

● Some travel may be required for training or recruitment events.
