  • Receives incoming calls & transfer local calls to different department.
  • Processes patient's ledger and admission & discharged record.
  • Voice paging.
  • Interviews the Emergency Room patient/patient companion to obtain good information.
  • Issues patient I.D. with assigned Health Record Number to patient.
  • Processes Emergency Room records.
  • Processes patient's data correction.

  • Performs other related functions as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of any business-related course

  • Good written and communication skills
  • Excellent human relation and customer service skills
  • Experience in human resource management is an advantage
  • Computer literate
