Role Summary
The Strategic Deals & Corporate Finance Manager / Business Integration supports the Finance Strategic Team in identifying, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities that drive sustainable growth and profitability. The role involves advanced financial modeling, due diligence, and project management to develop actionable business models and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess new markets, partnerships, and investment opportunities aligned with the company's strategic direction.
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
- Perform due diligence and financial analysis for potential projects, ventures, and acquisitions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, financial reports, and strategic insights for senior management.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project management activities to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic and operational planning.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to guide decision-making.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or Analytics.
- CPA, Master's degree, or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA, PMP) are advantageous.
Experience
- Experience in business development, finance, investment, or corporate strategy.
- Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis.
- Exposure to corporate finance or due diligence work with professional services firms.
- Proven ability to prepare and present reports or proposals to senior management.
- Experience in leading or supervising teams or projects.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and analytical techniques.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, investment evaluation, and market assessment.
- Skilled in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with risk management, financial governance frameworks, and data visualization tools.
