We're Hiring: Ad Operations Specialist

Remote | Mandaluyong City | Weekdays (dayshift)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Advertising Operations – Search
• Plan, implement, and optimize paid search, programmatic, and display campaigns.
• Analyze and report on search performance; provide insights and recommendations.
• Develop PPC strategies and improve landing page effectiveness.
• Stay updated on search trends and best practices.

Advertising Operations – Social
• Manage paid campaigns across social media platforms.
• Analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and execute social media advertising strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to align campaigns and improve performance.

Advertising Operations – General
• Apply broad knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
• Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Develop full-funnel digital marketing strategies.
• Create reports using tools like Google Data Studio and present insights to stakeholders.

Industry Knowledge
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
• Share industry insights and best practices with the team to support continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising trends

  • Proficient in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets); experience with Asana is a plus

  • Google or Meta certification preferred

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized, collaborative, and customer-focused
