Role Description

This is a full-time/contract hybrid role for a Sales Officer/Manager based in Quezon City, with some opportunities for remote work. The Sales Officer/Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include monitoring sales metrics, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and actively seeking new sales opportunities. The Sales Officer/Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and team management
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in preparing sales reports and conducting market research
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the property management or real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
