DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Generates new student recruitment or the branch through approved marketing and sales strategies. (Refer to the approved policy on set quota as basis of performance)

  2. Coordinates with high school officials on matters concerning participation in career orientation and guidance of their senior students and administration of an on-site college entrance test.

  3. Plans and implements local marketing strategies which include identification of market share, zoning, budgetary requirements and plan of activities for the next school year.

  4. Implements new strategies/programs for the promotion of the branch.

  5. Acts as career speaker in outreach-related activities which covers scope of career guidance talk, scheduling of activities, etc.

  6. Monitors branch sales outputs, consolidates reports and makes necessary marketing action plans and recommend strategies in accomplishing sales target objectives for approval of management.

  7. Trains individuals who will act on the front lines of the department especially during outreach and enrollment periods.

  8. Attends as the official representative of the campus to various marketing events.

  9. Prepares daily enrollment reports.

  10. Establish efficient database acquisition, database management and engagement in the CRM thru effective means of communication.

  11. Assists in the enrollment. Entertains inquiries and prospective clients/enrollees.

  12. Main person responsible in handling queries on the official social media accounts.

  13. Works together with colleagues from other departments to attain sales and overall service delivery including aftersales support to students.

  14. Perform other related tasks assigned by the Head.

Experience:

Significant years of experience (1-3) in roles related to sales and marketing

At least 5 years managerial experience in any related field

Significant understanding and comfortability with MS office and Google Suites

Experience in all areas in marketing

Ability to work with other student recruitment managers, communicate with key stakeholders, and explain and support decisions.

Proven experience in implementing sales and marketing strategies.

Demonstrated experience and success in executing sales strategies.

Training:

A course in: Sales and Marketing

Skills

An understanding of customer needs.

A business mindset.

Office management skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Efficient telephony and digital communication skills.

Tools to be used:

Likely be expected to be comfortable using digital tools to complete your job duties. Commonly used tools give a well-rounded view of revenue-related performance across the board, from customers at risk to churn to sales deals closed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
