Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and Dispatching

  • Receive, verify, and record all incoming and outgoing cylinders, materials, or items.
  • Ensure that all deliveries and dispatches are properly documented and authorized.

2. Monitoring and Record-Keeping

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions within the hub.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
  • Prepare daily reports on hub activities, including cylinder movements and stock status.

3. Coordination and Communication

  • Coordinate with the Operations and Sales teams regarding delivery schedules and product availability.
  • Communicate any issues or delays in dispatch to the concerned departments promptly.

4. Safety and Housekeeping

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the hub area at all times.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and ensure proper handling of LPG cylinders or related materials.

5. Compliance and Accountability

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Safeguard all company properties, tools, and equipment within the hub.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
