Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team of one of our client from the Philippines. This client specializes in developing and implementing systems and applications to increase operational efficiency. They create an environment by providing responsive IT services, solutions, and innovations that positively impact the lives of companies.

It's a direct placement role – not an outsourcing arrangement.

Responsibilities

• As Project Manager you will be managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating efforts between project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution;
• You will be reporting project status to stakeholders, providing timely updates on progress, risks, and dependencies, while ensuring transparency across all levels of the organization;
• You will be managing project budgets in collaboration with project owners, tracking expenses and forecasts, and ensuring that financial objectives are met without compromising delivery quality;
• You will be leading and resolving tactical initiatives that span across projects, identifying issues early, and providing practical solutions to remove obstacles to delivery;
• You will be monitoring budgets and expenditures for various initiatives, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and efficient allocation of resources;
• You will be coordinating with delivery teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to expected standards.

Requirement

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully leading projects from initiation to closure;
• Ability to work onsite at the office in BGC, Taguig or Ortigas – Necessary condition;
• Experience managing projects in the Finance sector, with exposure to industry-specific compliance and operational processes;
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and ability to adapt methodologies to project needs;
• Extensive experience in Agile methodology, including Scrum or Kanban frameworks;
• Hands-on experience in creating comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, milestones, and resource allocation;
• Practical experience with project monitoring, tracking progress against timelines, and managing deviations;
• Experience in preparing and managing project charters and facilitating project kickoffs;
• Strong communication skills in providing project updates to stakeholders, tailoring the level of detail to the audience;
• Experience in monitoring project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and ensuring accountability.

We Offer

• Salary for work amounting to 70,000 – 80,000 PHP;
