QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative positions.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, employee relations, compensations and benefit and performance management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with employees at all levels.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work well in teams.
- Capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Skilled in addressing and resolving employee issues and conflicts.
- Proactive and adaptable to evolving work environments.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise an HR professional to provide guidance and leadership across all HR functions.
- Manage the complete compensation and benefits process, including timekeeping, payroll, and government contributions such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and loans.
- Address legal matters, including those related to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
- Prepare memos and policies.
- Oversee the entire recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Identify and address employee issues, performance, and training needs.
- Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Foster a positive and open work environment where employees feel safe to voice concerns.
- Understand and comply with all relevant labor laws.
- Manage and oversee specially the Compensation and Benefits.
- Manage and oversee other HR staff, ensuring they are properly assigned and completing their tasks.
- Other tasks that may arise from time to time.
