delivery helper/supermarket merchandiser

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DELIVERY TRANSACTION

Responsible for on-time and accurate delivery of goods to supermarkets (loading for delivery and unloading to customer)

Ensures that the merchandise is stocked on shelves or cold storage and that the appropritate rotations (FiFO) of products is being managed well.

Reports to the Distribution Assistant if problem occurs before or during delivery

REPORT GENERATION

Completion of Daily Delivery Monitoring Report

Transmittal of Delivery Receipts to Distribution Assistant

Immediately reports to the Distribution Supervisor regarding unnecessary events that happens during such as: hauling, road violations and any other related to these

GENERAL DUTIES

Ensures that the communication line is open at all times

Ensures that first in first out is being practice.

Ensures that items delivered are properly displayed.

Ensures proper representation, attitude and communication to the clients

Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.

At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• physically fit
• able to work on deadlines.

At least 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in General Work (Dispatch, Messenger, Collector, etc) or equivalent

I Trade Food Solution Inc. is a company engaged in food raw materials supply and distribution to industrial food manufacturers and food service companies. Established in the year 2000 as ITRADE Resources Corporation, it started as an indent agent for Samsung Corporation dealing with indent sales of bulk food raw materials. Catering specifically to industrial food manufacturers, mainly ice cream manufacturers, biscuit makers, bakeshops and blenders, the company became a bulk distributor for Nestle Inc. carrying only its Carnation Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk in 20-kilo bulk from Nestle Thailand by 2003.

From then on it became a dairy raw material and cocoa powder supplier to major institutions including the foodservice sector. By 2005, it expanded into frozen raw material supply of items such as processed and unprocessed meats, frozen potatoes, and other specialized dairy items like cheese and bulk butter.

Today, I Trade Food Solution Inc. is an integrated industrial and foodservice supplier to the whole food industry from industrial and foodservice to the retail / supermarket sector.
